“Can I get a Refund/Exchange/Return?”
No.
All items are custom made to order, with all information YOU provided.
The item leaves my hands in perfect working order, exactly how you ordered it.
So please make sure you review your order, and be aware that placement of the patterns vary with each item, before placing it (make sure your neck size is correct!!).
If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, a claim will have to be made with USPS/UPS and then we can go from there.
“Do you ship Internationally?”
Not yet.
But if you are international and want to place an order, please message me and I can figure it out I’m sure!

“How should I clean my item(s)?”
Always edge on the side of caution with handmade items!
I recommend hand washing/spot cleaning in cold water. I use Dawn dish soap and whatever stain remover if needed.
Machine wash at your own risk.
Let air dry.
NEVER machine dry any items that include faux fur.
